Riviera Events, were very professional and kept me informed at various stages of my booking, due to changes in the weather. We hired 2 bouncy castles and the company were able to adapt me booking so they could go inside rather that the original plan of outside. I believe that they treated us as valued customers and listened well to our requests. They got back to me promptly throughout. Would definitely use them again and recommend them.

AMAZING Service!!! I've Dealt with Riviera Events twice now, once for my daughters Birthday party and once for a recent Charity event I organised, both times Anthony has been extremely helpful and friendly, he is a lovely chap and has a way about him that makes you feel instantly at ease, and like your known him for years!!! Great customer service beforehand deciding on sizes and options. Efficient, safe, punctual, and helpful. We have had a few character visits and bouncy castles and they are consistently exactly who you want to help you out at your child’s party. I can not fault them.

Huge thanks to Ant for providing all the entertainment for our son's birthday party. Professional service and ensured that everything was ready for the start of the party, despite the hall manager being 45 minutes late. Can't recommend highly enough!

Asked for a slot for an Elf visit - Anthony went out of his way to accommodate us. Arrived bang on time and kids both amazed by him. Costume amazing and so realistic in mannerisms. Absolutely recommend- worth every penny for their faces and excitement well after Elf left. Thank you!
