Riviera Events, were very professional and kept me informed at various stages of my booking, due to changes in the weather. We hired 2 bouncy castles and the company were able to adapt me booking so they could go inside rather that the original plan of outside. I believe that they treated us as valued customers and listened well to our requests. They got back to me promptly throughout. Would definitely use them again and recommend them.

We had such a fantastic experience The gentleman who delivered the bouncy castle was so friendly, introduced himself, and even arrived early, which was really appreciated. He surprised us with a newer bouncy castle that still matched our party theme perfectly, and it was such a lovely gesture. The kids absolutely loved it and had the best time Thank you so much for helping make the day so special.
